- Denetleyici (Reviewer): Çıktıların spesifikasyona uyumunu kontrol eder.
Yeni bir agent sisteme dahil edilirken yalnızca onun spec'i tanımlanır, geri kalan ekosistem değişmez.
Spec-driven'in üç faydası
Otomatik kontrol edilebilir.
- Sürdürülebilirlik: Ekipte bir kişi değişse bile sistem bilgisi spec'lerde kalır.
Pratikte agentic ne demek?
Q/MENS'i geliştirirken bu yaklaşımı sahaya taşıdık. Hukuk bürolarında bir matter (dosya), birden fazla rolün ortaklaşa yürüttüğü bir süreçtir: avukat, asistan, müşteri, muhasebe. Her birinin gördüğü bilgi farklı, sorumlulukları farklı.

For years, we've heard the line "artificial intelligence automates business processes." Most companies implemented it as a single-model, single-prompt solution. The result was usually the same: solutions that looked promising at first and fell apart at scale. Because a process is not the work of a single actor: it's the sum of multiple roles, mutually verifying steps, and often contextual decisions.
The agentic approach steps in precisely here. Instead of using a single LLM as one worker, we build a multi-actor, role-based system. Each agent knows its responsibility area; its output is read, questioned where needed, and verified by other agents.
How is it different from classical automation?
Classical workflow automation (RPA, Zapier, n8n etc.) is rule-based. Every possibility must be defined in advance; when an undefined case arrives, the flow halts or produces wrong output. For stable, repetitive processes this is still the right tool; but a large share of enterprise processes are not stable. That is why the two approaches are complementary, not alternatives.
Agentic systems, on the other hand, are goal-based. The system knows the objective, not just the rules. It talks across agents, builds plans, and falls back to human-in-the-loop approvals when needed. So it's flexible, but not undisciplined, because every step is reviewed against a specification.
"Classical automation follows the rules. Agentic systems follow the goal; the specification draws their boundaries."
Anatomy of a multi-actor system
An agentic system usually consists of three actor types:
- Planner: Breaks the goal into sub-tasks, decides which agent steps in when.
- Executor: A specialist agent doing a specific sub-task. One executor analyses contracts, another drafts client communications.
- Reviewer: Checks output for spec compliance. Detects drift, restarts tasks if needed.
This trio mirrors a classic team. The difference is scale: every agent can run in parallel and applies instructions with the same discipline every time.
Agents are not an orchestra; they're more like a chamber music ensemble, each plays their own note, but listens to the others.
Why is spec-driven critical?
Agentic systems are powerful, but unbounded they spiral fast. That's the importance of spec-driven methodology: each agent's bounds, output format, valid states and error behavior are pre-defined.
A spec is a structured document, readable by humans and consumable by agents. When a new agent joins, only its spec is defined; the rest of the ecosystem stays put.
Three benefits of spec-driven
- Predictability: The agent knows what it will and won't do.
- Testability: The spec is also a test framework. Does the output match the spec? Automatically checkable.
- Sustainability: Even when team members change, system knowledge stays in the specs.
What does agentic mean in practice?
While building Q/MENS, we took this approach to the field. In law firms, a matter is a process run jointly by multiple roles: lawyer, assistant, client, accounting. Each sees different information, has different responsibilities.
In a traditional CRM, this difference is managed through manual workload. In Q/MENS, every role has an agentic counterpart: the lawyer agent summarizes contracts, the assistant agent writes meeting notes, the client agent drafts status updates. All to spec, all open to human approval.
The intended outcome: noticeable time saved on repetitive work, a lower error rate and a more consistent client experience. But perhaps most importantly: humans stay at the center of the most critical decision, only now they no longer deal with repetitive work, only with matters that truly require judgment.
Conclusion
Agentic workflow takes the value LLM-based systems can create out of being a single-prompt fragment, and turns it into the enterprise process itself. Combined with spec-driven discipline, it removes the fear of losing control.
At Qhira Intelligence, we redesign our clients' processes not with a single actor, but with a structure of agents that verify each other. Because reliable results come not from a single model, but from a system that checks itself.
